Q4 2026

Product releases

22 October 2026

  • Product releaseDuress: staff alarms, response and reporting in one module. Duress is now a full module for staff alarm buttons. Responders see live alarms, acknowledge and resolve them, add notes and review incident history. Admins can schedule button tests with reminders, run compliance reports, connect a monitoring centre, send alerts to other channels, and locate and test buttons from Device Management. When an alarm is raised at a pharmacy counter, a hotel front desk or a school office, Performance Hub can lock doors, show alerts on staff screens and attach camera footage. See Duress overview, Responding to alarms, Testing and reports, Alerts and notifications and Setting up Duress.

15 October 2026

  • Product releaseDisplay Screens for every customer. Display Screens is now available to all customers, with a new player, a content library, playlists, a schedule calendar, power scheduling and video uploads. Screens are managed in Device Management, can show live camera streams, and can have a custom background and start-up screen. A reception area can show a welcome loop by day and switch off overnight, while a café rotates its menu board and a campus schedules its notices. See Display Screens, Library, Playlists, Schedule and Screen settings.

Feature announcements

28 October 2026

  • FeaturePlatform pricing, published in the docs. Platform pricing now has its own public page with current rates, including Cloud Agents and AI model usage. Finance teams and site managers can check a rate before they turn on a module or add an agent. See Pricing & Directories and Platform pricing.

27 October 2026

  • FeatureSmart Displays: agent-hosted apps that adapt to the room. Smart Displays show apps your AI Agent builds and hosts, published straight to a screen or playlist. When the agent changes what the app shows, the screen changes too, so nobody has to republish anything. A lobby welcome board, a live occupancy display or a visit challenge leaderboard stays current on its own. See Smart Displays.

25 October 2026

  • FeatureAccess Policies: who, where and when in one place. One policy now covers people, doors and schedules. A facility can have several named policies, and the list shows a summary of each one's Who, Where and When. An office can keep one policy for staff and another for after-hours cleaners, while a warehouse gives drivers access to its loading gates only. See Access Policies.

24 October 2026

  • FeatureButton tests and incident history for every site. Run a test from the app and see each button's last test and incidents. Sites with several alarm buttons, such as a clinic or a late-night retail store, can confirm that every button works and review what happened after an incident. See The tabs and Testing and reports.

8 October 2026

  • FeatureDoors unlock automatically during staffed hours. A door can follow the facility's staffed hours: it unlocks while the site is staffed, follows holiday overrides and locks again when staffed hours end. You can set offsets and check a 14-day preview, so a medical centre's front door, a shop entrance or an office foyer opens and closes with the site's hours instead of a separate schedule. If a venue's event finishes early, staff can use Lock now to lock a door straight away, then Resume schedule to return it to its schedule. See Doors, Lock now and Resume schedule, Access Policies and How hours are used.

October 2026

  • FeatureA refreshed Identity & Access Management. Identity & Access Management has a refreshed layout, and admins can now invite users across organisations. This suits groups whose staff work across several organisations, such as a property manager or a franchise network. Door & Gate Access users can also be exported to a CSV file from the filtered user list. See Identity & Access Management, Invitations and Users.
  • FeatureRemove and restore facilities. Organisation admins can remove a facility from Performance Hub and restore it if needed, for example when a store closes for a refit or a clinic moves to a new site. If every facility is removed, an admin can still add a new one. See Deleting & restoring facilities.
  • FeatureManage cameras and devices through MCP. AI clients connected through MCP can now manage cameras and devices, and the MCP tool list has been reorganised. An IT team looking after offices or retail sites can check and manage devices from the AI client it already uses. See Use with AI.
  • FeaturePerformance Hub staff sync for door access. Staff now get door access automatically from their Performance Hub staff records. Anyone whose Performance Hub roles cover a facility is added to its Door & Gate Access users and let in through an editable Performance Hub staff Access Policy, and their access stays in step as their roles change. A retail chain's store teams, a clinic's reception staff or a school's office team can get through the right doors without anyone adding them by hand. See Performance Hub staff.

Q3 2026

Product releases

August 2026

  • Product releaseCloud Agents: run an AI Agent without on-site hardware. An AI Agent can now run in the cloud instead of on a device at your site. You choose a size and region and can add storage later, and from September 2026 backups stay in the same region as the agent. It suits a site without space for on-site hardware, such as a small office or a pop-up store. See AI Agent and Platform pricing.
  • Product releaseBilling & Cost Management: every facility's costs in one place. Billing & Cost Management shows what each facility is charged for, with a clear cost breakdown. A prepaid balance with automatic top-ups, payment settings, and invoices and receipts sit in one place, so a franchised store, a café or a clinic that pays for itself can manage its own billing. See Billing & Cost Management, Cost Breakdown & Pricing, Invoices & Receipts and Who Pays.

9 July 2026

  • Product releaseModel Router: one place for your organisation's AI models. Model Router gives each organisation one place to use AI models, with usage reports, activity logs, budgets and limits. Each facility can use the automatic route or set its own, so a head office keeps spending in check while each site chooses what suits it. Model Router launched as AI Model Access and took its current name on 18 August 2026. See Model Router, Budgets & top-ups and Activity & logs.

Feature announcements

18 September 2026

  • FeatureFast models and reasoning control in Model Router. Model Router adds fast models for quick responses, and you can now set how much reasoning an agent uses. Choose a fast model for an assistant that answers simple front desk questions, and more reasoning for work that needs careful thought. See Models.

4 September 2026

  • FeatureMotion zones with layers, several per camera. Camera motion zones have been rebuilt with layers, so you can draw several zones on one camera for different purposes. One camera can watch a car park entry and a loading bay separately, or a shop entrance and its stockroom door. See Recording and Cameras & Devices.

September 2026

  • FeatureAccess time windows and invitation rules for Door & Gate Access. Door access can now be limited to set times with access time windows, such as a contractor's booked visit or a cleaner's evening shift. Facilities can show a message to people who have no door access assigned, and choose exactly who receives app invitations by membership status, person type, tag or source. From 11 September 2026, the No visit recorded view in Access Logs lists one-off access time windows where the person never unlocked a door, so an office can see which contractors with a booked window didn't turn up. See Access Policy Schedules, No visit recorded, App Messaging and App Invitations.
  • FeatureFacility configuration and Audit Logs, redesigned. Facility details and Audit Logs have been rebuilt in the new Performance Hub design, to match the other modules. Whether you manage one office or a network of clinics, settings and activity records now share the layout of the rest of the platform. See Facility & System Configuration and Audit Logs.

13 August 2026

  • FeatureA new Device Management, with clearer device status. Device Management has a new device list with clearer status, so you can see which screens, cameras and controllers need attention. When you add a device, it recognises the device type from the serial number you scan or type. See Device Management overview, The device list and Adding devices.

August 2026

  • FeatureConnected Apps for the AI Agent. The AI Agent can connect to everyday business apps through Connected Apps, using a sign-in or an API key. That lets it work with the tools your team already uses, whether you run an accounting practice, a retail chain or a hotel. See AI Agent and App Directory.

29 July 2026

  • FeatureShare skills across your AI Agents. Organisations can share AI Agent skills through a library, review them before they reach agents, and pin a version so it does not update automatically. A franchise network or a group of clinics can build a skill once, roll it out to every site and control when each site gets an update. See Skills.

28 July 2026

  • FeatureSearch Anything: find CCTV / VSaaS footage by describing it. You can search camera footage by describing what you are looking for. From August 2026 you can also find "more like this" from an image and search by face, and AI clients can use the same search through MCP. For example, a car park operator can look for "white van at the boom gate". See Recordings and Integrations & MCP.
  • FeaturePublish AI Agent apps to Performance Hub. Apps your AI Agent builds can be published into Performance Hub as their own modules, with health checks that show they are running. Your team opens them alongside the other modules, and they later became the basis for Smart Displays. See Smart Displays and published apps.

26 July 2026

  • FeatureGuided setup for new accounts and locations. New accounts and new locations are now guided through setup step by step, including adding their first devices. Opening a new store, clinic or office starts with a clear set of steps rather than a blank screen. See First setup checklist.

July 2026

  • FeatureAutomatic backups and restore for AI Agents. AI Agents are now backed up automatically. You can browse a backup, restore an agent and follow the progress as it runs. See Backups and Restore & Recovery.
  • FeatureAccess controls and notifications for the AI Agent. Admins can restrict who can use each agent and what it can do. The agent can also send a push notification, with an optional sound, when a task is finished, so a manager on a shop floor or a hospital ward doesn't need to watch the chat. See Access Control and Notifications.

Q2 2026

Product releases

June 2026

  • Product releaseDoor & Gate Access app for iPhone, with CarPlay. People can unlock doors and gates from the Door & Gate Access app on iPhone, and use CarPlay to open a gate from the car. Staff arriving at a depot, tenants at a car park gate or students at a campus gate can get in with their phone. See iPhone & Android App, CarPlay and The Door & Gate Access Mobile App.
  • Product releaseYour own AI Agent. Each facility can run its own AI Agent on dedicated hardware, opened from inside Performance Hub. It works on your local network or securely from anywhere, and you can switch between several agents. A hotel, a clinic or a regional office can keep an agent on site, dedicated to that location. See AI Agent, The Hardware and Getting Started.

28 May 2026

  • Product releaseDoor & Gate Access becomes its own module. Facilities can set up doors and gates, opening schedules, access hours, geofencing and user access, and open a door from the dashboard. It works on its own or alongside a member system. A warehouse can open its loading gate on a schedule, and an office can give contractors access for set hours. See Door & Gate Access, Doors, Geofencing and Users.

1 May 2026

  • Product releaseThe Door & Gate Controller joins Device Management. The Performance Hub Door & Gate Controller can be added and managed in Device Management, with safeguards that protect the relays during maintenance. It gives offices, schools, depots and venues a supported way to bring their doors and gates into Performance Hub. See Door & Gate Controller, Adding a Door or Gate and Adding devices.
  • Product releasePartner API for doors, and the partner program. Partners can list doors, check their status and unlock them through the Partner API. From 6 May 2026, new partners can apply through the Become a Partner page. Systems a site already relies on, such as a member system, can then work with its doors. See Access Control, Become a Partner and Partner API changelog.

Feature announcements

25 June 2026

  • FeatureLight and dark mode, matched to your device. Performance Hub supports light and dark mode, and can follow your device's theme. Dark mode suits a dimly lit security office or a night shift at reception, while light mode stays clear in a bright shop or classroom. See Your account & security.

June 2026

  • FeatureApp invitations and messaging for Door & Gate Access. Facilities can invite people to the app by email, and send bulk invitations to anyone who has access but has not signed in yet. App messages can be set for each user by rules, door activity shows on the dashboard, and AI clients can use Door & Gate Access through MCP. A coworking space or a school can bring everyone onto the app without inviting each person by hand. See App Invitations and App Messaging.

20 April 2026

  • FeatureCustomise your side menu. You can choose which items appear in your side menu, so the modules you use most are the ones you see. Hide the items you don't need and keep the ones you use every day within easy reach. See Finding your way around.
  • FeatureRole management through MCP. The MCP server has been rebuilt and can now manage roles within your own permissions, with tool documentation published alongside it. IT and operations teams can review and update roles from their AI client. See Use with AI.

17 April 2026

  • FeatureHeatmaps and peak times in AI Insights & People. AI Insights & People shows heatmaps of where people spend time, and peak-time views of the busiest hours. A venue can plan staffing around them, a shop can rethink its layout, and a library can see which spaces are busiest. See Reports.

April 2026

  • FeatureSelf-learning profiles in AI Insights & People. AI Insights & People can learn and link profiles automatically from check-ins and door entries, so known people are recognised with less manual matching. That saves time at sites with regular visitors, such as a coworking space, an office or a clinic. See Self Learning.

Q1 2026

Product releases

24 February 2026

  • Product releaseAI Insights & People becomes its own module. People features moved out of CCTV / VSaaS into AI Insights & People, with its own place in the side menu. You can manage person profiles, add reference photos, link a profile to a member record and add a person to the blacklist, including straight from the activity log. You can also search face detections over a time range, by person or by free text. See AI Insights & People, People & profiles, Blacklist and People timeline.

Feature announcements

25 March 2026

  • FeatureMenus that match your modules. The side menu now shows only the modules you can use, and you land on the first one available to you. Staff at a front desk, in a warehouse or at a head office each see a menu that fits their work. See Finding your way around.

16 March 2026

  • FeatureAutomatic retention for CCTV / VSaaS. Recordings, timelapses and AI data are now removed automatically once they pass each facility's retention period. Recordings you have chosen to keep are never removed, so footage of an incident at a shop or a school stays available while routine footage is cleared. See Storage & Retention and Retain & Archive.

17 February 2026

  • FeatureModules by brand and facility. Modules can now be set for a brand or a single facility as well as for the whole organisation, and a facility setting can override the brand default. Modules can include sub-features, so each facility turns on only the parts it needs: a flagship store might use every feature while a small kiosk uses a few. See Brand modules, Modules and Access scope & module access.

8 January 2026

  • FeatureOne logo for every facility in a brand. Logos are now managed at brand level, so every facility in a brand shows the same logo automatically. Organisations without a logo get a neutral building icon. A hotel group or a retail chain changes its logo once instead of at every site. See Brand content & integrations.
