AI Insights & People
The AI Insights & People section uses camera-based detections to give you visibility into who is in your facility, when they were there, and how they move through different zones. It combines real-time tracking with historical analytics and an AI-driven profile matching system.
The section is divided into four tabs and a settings panel:

Reports — analytics including zone activity heatmaps, visit summaries, and sentiment data

Timeline — a real-time gantt view of detected individuals across all cameras

People — your full member directory with filtering, search, and profile management

Self Learning — AI-powered profile resolution that links unidentified detections to real member profiles

Settings — configuration for people tracking, face recognition, member matching, and more (shared with the CCTV section)
