Pricing & Directories
This section is the reference shelf for the platform: what usage costs, and what we support. The pricing pages publish the public list price for everything billed on measured usage, with no minimums. The directories are live, searchable catalogs of what the platform works with, from AI models and app integrations to CCTV cameras.
Pricing
Each pricing area explains exactly how its charges are calculated, you can check any figure against your own spend in the dashboard, and nothing is hidden behind a sales call.
Every rate is published here before you are charged it. Each pricing area explains how its charges are calculated, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Every charge is calculated from actual metered usage, per request. There are no minimum spends, no per-seat charges on top of usage, and no charge for what you do not use.
When an upstream provider drops its price, yours drops with it at the next automatic catalog refresh. Published prices are always current.
AI model usage is published today. We are extending this section as more of the platform moves to published, usage-based pricing; until a category appears here, it is either included in your subscription or quoted separately.
Directories
Searchable catalogs of what the platform supports, kept current automatically.
Every third-party app the AI Agent can connect to, from CRM and bookings to marketing and finance, plus the built-in services included with every agent.

Find your cameraPublic pricing and enterprise agreements
Every price in this section is the public list price, which is what a standard account pays. Enterprise accounts may have different pricing depending on the customer, committed volume, and deployment scenario, including private or on-premise deployments where the underlying cost structure is different.
If your organisation has an enterprise agreement, the rates in that agreement take precedence over the list prices published here. The dashboard always shows the rates that apply to your facility, and your invoices are calculated from those rates.
Where to see your own costs
Published prices tell you the rate. To see what you have actually spent, use the dashboard:
- Activity for spend over time, broken down by model, key, and agent. See Activity and logs.
- Balance and transactions for top-ups and deductions. See Budgets and top-ups.
