Platform pricing

On this page

These are Performance Hub's standard rates for devices and platform services, grouped by platform. They are the list prices a standard account pays, whether the devices are display screens in a hotel lobby, door controllers on a college campus or cameras in a retail store.

The rates that apply to your own account are on the Pricing tab in Billing & Cost Management. See Cost Breakdown & Pricing.

Rates

Prices shown are standard rates in USD, excluding taxes. Pricing may differ by account or when buying through a channel partner. Check the Pricing tab in your account for your rates.

  • Each size includes the vCPU, RAM and disk shown in its row.

  • Cloud Agent Instances are billed per hour, rounded up to the whole hour, with a minimum of 1 hour per launch.

  • Billing runs from launch until you delete the agent. There is no stop or pause, so an agent is billed for every hour it exists, whether or not it is busy. To stop charges, delete the agent.

  • “Est. per month” is an estimate for an agent running all month. Actual charges depend on the hours the agent exists.

  • Data transfer in and out (network ingress and egress) is included in the Cloud Agent price, subject to fair use, with no separate data-transfer charge. The price you see for a size when you launch covers its disk and network.

  • Prices can vary slightly by region. The launch wizard shows the exact price for your agent.

  • Backups are on by default and are billed as a separate “AI Agent Backup Storage” line at the Cloud Object Storage rate.

  • Model Router usage is billed separately, from its own prepaid credits.

  • There is no setup fee, minimum term or monthly minimum.

  • No GPU sizes are offered.

AI model usage

Cloud Agent prices cover the agent’s compute. The AI models your agents use are billed separately through Model Router, at the per-model rates listed in the Model Router catalogue.

Storage

Cloud Object Storage.

ServiceRateBilled
Cloud Object StorageStorage is billed for a minimum of 30 days. This applies unless your account has custom pricing, which can be set for larger accounts and channel partners.US$0.00977per GB / month

How these rates are billed

  • Device charges bill the full month, whenever in the month a device is added or removed.
  • Cameras behind an Edge Processor record at no extra charge, so standard recording shows as "Included". A camera bills only for its AI features, and a camera with more than one AI feature bills only the highest one.
  • Cloud Object Storage and Cloud Agent hours build up day by day, so they grow through the month.
  • Model Router is paid from its own prepaid balance, not the platform invoice. See Model Catalog for the models and their prices.

Your account's rates

Every rate on this page is the public list price. Enterprise accounts may have different pricing depending on the customer, committed volume and deployment scenario, including private or on-premise deployments. If your organisation has an enterprise agreement, the rates in that agreement take precedence over the list prices published here.

Performance Hub always shows the rates that apply to your facility, and your invoices are calculated from those rates:

  • Billing & Cost Management → Pricing: the rates for a facility that pays for itself. See Pricing.
  • Organisation Settings → Billing: the same Pricing tab for each facility your organisation pays for. See One facility's billing.
