Every Performance Hub product release and feature announcement in 2025, grouped by quarter with the newest first. Product releases are new modules, devices and apps; feature announcements are significant new capabilities in an existing part of the platform.

13 November 2025

• Product releaseEdge Processor brings network cameras to CCTV / VSaaS. CCTV / VSaaS supports the Edge Processor, an on-site device that connects standard network cameras and runs people detection on site. In Device Management you can add an Edge Processor and its cameras, see camera previews and status, test each camera feed during setup, turn people tracking on or off per camera and set motion zones. Offices, warehouses and retail sites can bring their standard network cameras into Performance Hub. See The Hardware, Adding network cameras and Cameras & Devices.

16 October 2025

• Product releaseAudit Logs: a record of activity across Performance Hub. Audit Logs record activity across Performance Hub, with a dashboard, filters, charts and a detail view for each entry. Organisation users see the activity for their own organisation, and user profiles show when someone was last active. A compliance lead at a healthcare provider or a school can see who changed what, and when. See Audit Logs, The dashboard and Finding requests.
• Product releaseConnect AI clients to Performance Hub with MCP. Performance Hub provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so AI clients can read your data and take actions with the same permissions you have. You create and manage your own MCP keys from your permissions page. See Use with AI, Create an MCP key and Set up & integrate.

4 December 2025

• FeatureTwo-step verification for your account. You can turn on two-step verification, change your password and confirm a new mobile number with a one-time code. It adds a layer of protection to every account, from a reception desk login to a regional manager's. See Your account & security and Signing in.

1 December 2025

• FeatureExternal Integrations: connect partner systems to each facility. A new External Integrations area lets each facility connect partner systems, such as access control, member systems or security monitoring, and shows whether each connection is fully set up. From 12 December 2025, brands can switch an integration on for every facility at once. See Sync & Integrations.

24 October 2025

• FeatureThe AI Agent can take action. The AI Agent can run several tasks at once and read files you drag into the chat. With the right permissions it can list devices, check integrations, and open facility doors or control other connected devices. Brands can also give the agent their own guidelines and persona, so it answers in the voice of a hotel group, a clinic network or a retail brand. See Agent Capabilities.

2 October 2025

• FeatureMove a device to another facility. Device Management can move a device, such as a screen or a camera processor, from one facility to another without setting it up again. That helps when a screen moves between stores or a campus reorganises its buildings. See Device actions.

October 2025

• FeatureAdd users directly, and edit your own profile. Admins can create users and update their name and mobile number in Identity & Access Management. Every user can also update their own profile. See Adding users and Your account & security.

• Product releaseAn AI Agent chat assistant in Performance Hub. The first AI Agent chat arrived inside Performance Hub. Answers stream in as they are written, conversations are kept as threads you can archive, and the browser can notify you when a longer task is done. The assistant picks a simpler or more capable model to suit each request. See AI Agent.

16 September 2025

• FeatureHoliday overrides for the whole organisation. Organisations can set holiday dates and opening-hour changes once and apply them to all their facilities, instead of editing every site. A retail chain or a network of clinics can set its public holiday hours in one place. See Holiday Management and Holiday hours.

August 2025

• FeatureAccess Zones and Access Hours for restricted areas. Facilities can set up Access Zones, such as a staff-only room or a secure store, and Access Hours, and match them to access types. Brands can set defaults that every facility inherits. AI Insights & People uses them to flag a person seen in a zone they are not allowed in. See Access zones.

• FeaturePerformance Hub in more languages. The interface can be shown in several languages, including Japanese, based on each user's language preference. Teams that work in more than one language, at a hotel or a multinational office, can each use Performance Hub in the language they prefer. See Your account & security.

May 2025

• FeatureSwitch between organisations, and Organisation Admin. If you work across several organisations, you can switch between them, and the facility selector groups facilities by organisation. The Organisation Admin setting gives a user full control of their organisation's settings and users. This suits people who support several businesses, such as a franchise support team or a managed service provider. See Finding your way around and Roles.

April 2025

• FeatureOrganisations, brands and facilities, for multi-site operators. Performance Hub introduced a hierarchy of organisations, brands and facilities, in which each facility belongs to a brand and an organisation. A multi-site operator, such as a property group with several buildings or a business with several brands, can manage settings at the right level. Organisations can also upload their own logo. • FeatureRoles, modules and role templates. Access is built from roles: each role grants a set of modules and an access scope of organisation, brand, region or facility. Role templates give you a quick starting point for common jobs, such as a site manager or front desk staff. See Roles, Role templates and Access scope & module access.
• Feature"Club" becomes "facility". Performance Hub now says "facility" (or "location") instead of "club" throughout, to suit customers in every industry, from offices and warehouses to clinics and schools. The change was completed in July 2025. See Getting started.

March 2025

• FeatureA refreshed Performance Hub interface. The dashboard cards, side menu and icons were redesigned for a cleaner, more consistent layout across the platform. Every module shares the same look, so moving between screens, cameras and settings is more familiar. See Finding your way around.

January 2025

• FeatureFind people in your CCTV / VSaaS footage. CCTV / VSaaS gained a People view that groups face detections into person profiles, with a timeline of when and where each person was seen. You can search for a person and jump straight to the footage. A shop can check who entered a stockroom, or a school office can confirm when a visitor arrived.
