Getting started

The Performance Hub runs the technology at your sites from one place: display screens, doors and gates, cameras, audio, devices and AI agents, together with the people, roles and facility details behind them. Organisations of every kind use it, from offices, retail stores and hospitality venues to schools, universities, clinics and gyms.

This section takes you from your first sign-in to a facility that's ready to use. Read the pages in order, or jump to the one you need.

Quick reference

Where to find it: Sign in to the Performance Hub with the account your organisation created for you

Who it's for: Everyone who uses the Performance Hub. The first setup checklist is for organisation admins.

Purpose: Sign in, secure your account, learn the layout, and set up your organisation

Start here

  1. Signing in: sign in with single sign-on, or with your email address and password, and reset a forgotten password.
  2. Your account & security: update your details, change your password and turn on two-factor authentication.
  3. Finding your way around: the main menu, the facility selector, your profile menu and the settings menu.
  4. First setup checklist: for organisation admins, the steps to get a new organisation or facility ready, in order.

How it fits together

  • An organisation is your company or group, for example ACME Inc. Everything you set up in the Performance Hub belongs to an organisation.
  • A brand groups facilities that share branding and default settings. An organisation can have more than one brand.
  • A region groups facilities by area, for example a state or country. Roles can give access to every facility in a region.
  • A facility is one site: an office, a store, a venue, a campus, a clinic or a gym. Facility names are usually the suburb or location only, such as Fortitude Valley or Parramatta.
  • A user is a person with a Performance Hub account. What they can do depends on their roles: each role sets which facilities they can work with (its access scope) and which modules (parts of the Performance Hub, see Modules) they can use there.
  • An organisation admin has a role with organisation admin access. Organisation admins manage people, roles and facilities in Identity & Access Management.

Modules

A module is one part of the Performance Hub, such as Display Screens, Door & Gate Access, CCTV, Audio Control, AI Agent, Workflows or Facility & System Configuration. Each module has its own icon in the main menu, or its own item in the settings menu.

Which modules you see depends on three things:

  • Your organisation: the modules turned on for your organisation.
  • The brand and facility you're working in: a brand or a facility can switch modules off.
  • Your roles: each role gives access to some modules at some facilities.

Organisations use different modules. A retail chain might use Display Screens, Audio Control and CCTV, while a coworking space relies on Door & Gate Access and Workflows. Organisation admins see and manage the organisation's modules in Organisation Settings → Modules.

For organisation admins

Three sections cover the setup that everything else depends on:

SectionWhat you do there
Organisation SettingsCheck your organisation details and brands, choose the public holidays added in Holiday Management, and review your organisation's modules
Identity & Access ManagementAdd people, give them roles, build your own roles from Performance Hub role templates, and manage your facilities
Facility & System ConfigurationSet each facility's details, address and hours. Door auto-unlock, screen power, audio and other automations follow the hours you set here.

Once those are in place, set up the modules your sites use, such as Display Screens, Door & Gate Access and Device Management.
