People

The People tab is your full member directory. It lists every person in the system — active members, expired members, and staff — with their profile photo, name, and status. Use it to search for individuals, review profile details, and manage member records.

Filter tabs

Tab	Description
All	Every person in the system (e.g. 13,785)
Active	Members with an active membership (e.g. 5,376)
Expired	Members whose membership has lapsed (e.g. 5,870)
Staff	Staff accounts (e.g. 20)

Secondary filters

Use the secondary filter row to narrow results further:

Filter	Description
Status	Filter by membership status
Type	Filter by member type
Photo Status	Filter by whether a profile photo exists (useful for finding invalid or missing photos)
Tags	Filter by tags assigned to member profiles

Sort and view

Control	Description
Sort By	Sort the list (default: Recently Added)
Large grid / Small grid / List toggle	Switch between large card grid, compact card grid, and tabular list view
Search members...	Search by name, ID, or other member details

Export

Three export icons in the top-right allow you to export member data in different formats (e.g. CSV, photo export).

Member cards

In grid view, each person appears as a card showing:

Element	Description
Profile photo	Member photo, or a placeholder silhouette if none exists
Name	Member's full name
Member type	The member's account type (e.g. Member, Staff)
Status badge	Membership status (e.g. Active, Active [NEW], Expired, On hold in a day)
Invalid Photo	Warning badge shown if the profile photo is flagged as invalid
... menu	Options for managing this member record

Pagination

Results are paginated (default: 40 per page). Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate, or adjust the Show dropdown to display more results per page.
