- Universal API integration status
- Digital Profile Configuration feature access
- Regional compliance requirements
User permissions:
- Administrative access level
- Module-specific permissions
- Brand or regional restrictions
If you don't see a feature described in this guide: Contact your organizational administrator to confirm whether it's available for your facility.
Saving Changes
Save/Publish Changes button - Located at the bottom of the page
Important: Changes are not applied until you click "Save/Publish Changes"
What happens when you save:
- Changes update immediately in Performance Hub
- Website changes require Universal API integration
- Digital Profile Configuration changes sync to directories within 24-48 hours (if auto-publish is enabled)
- Marketing & Print dynamic designs pull updated information automatically
Cancel button - Discards all unsaved changes and reverts to last saved state
Understanding Universal API Integration
Many features on the Facility Details page require integration with your organization's website through the Universal API:
Features requiring Universal API integration:
- Facility Page and Links Application Page publishing
- Landing page activation
- Free trial booking functionality
- Booking widgets
- Custom tracking codes and pixels
What this means: Simply configuring these settings here does not automatically publish them to your website. Your website must be integrated with the Performance Hub Universal API to display this information.
If you need integration: Contact your organizational administrator or refer to the Universal API setup documentation.
