Common Keywords - A word cloud showing frequently mentioned terms in your reviews, giving you quick insight into what members are talking about (like "clean," "friendly," "equipment," etc.).

The review section always shows the last 12 months of data.
Available Actions
View All - Opens the full review management system where you can read reviews, respond to customers, and track sentiment trends over time.
Key Website Lead Events
Track visitor actions on your facility's website that show purchase interest.

What Gets Tracked
Select Content - When someone views your facility page on the website.
Online Joint Start - When someone fills out a membership inquiry form.
Lead Booking - When someone books a trial session through the website.
Dashboard Display
