Coaching Screens Settings

The Coaching Screens Settings page lets you configure how and when your display screens turn on and off, manage screen brightness, and set volume schedules for your facility. Access it via the cog icon (top right) on any Display Screens tab.


Display Screens Dashboard

Display Power Schedule

These settings control when screens automatically power on and off in relation to your club's operating hours.

Turn Displays On Before Club OpensHow early screens power on before the club opens (e.g. 15 Minutes Before)
Turn Displays Off After Club ClosesHow long after closing screens stay on before powering off (e.g. Never)
Turn Displays On Immediately When a Member Checks InToggle — if enabled, screens wake automatically as soon as a member checks in during extended hours
Turn Displays Off After Last Check In (During Extended Hours)How long after the last check-in screens stay on during extended hours (e.g. After 2 Hours)

Screen UI Version & Data Source

Two collapsible fields in the top-right panel control the screen software configuration:

Screen UI VersionThe version of the coaching screen interface deployed to your displays
Data SourceThe data source your screens pull workout content from

Note: After changing Screen UI Version or Data Source, you must re-load workouts on all screens for the changes to take effect.


Automatic Screen Brightness

Dynamically adjusts screen brightness based on the time of day.

Enable Automatic BrightnessToggle to turn automatic brightness adjustment on or off
Daytime brightnessSet the brightness level for daytime hours using the slider
Nighttime brightnessSet a lower brightness level for nighttime hours using the slider

For each period (Daytime and Nighttime), you can either:

  • Automatically determine the transition time based on your club's location (sunrise/sunset)
  • Pick a specific time manually

Display Screens Dashboard

Bell Volume

Controls the audio volume for the workout bell that signals round changes.

SettingDescription
Bell Club Hours VolumeVolume level during standard club hours (e.g. 100%)
Bell Extended Hours VolumeVolume level during extended hours when fewer members are present (e.g. 60%)

Bell Volume Level Schedule

Set different volume levels across different time periods throughout the day, for each day of the week.

Enable Automatic Volume ScheduleToggle to activate the weekly volume schedule
Day rows (Mon–Sun)Each day has a time bar running from 12AM to 12AM (midnight to midnight) with time markers at 6AM, 12PM, and 6PM

Configure volume segments for each day by setting different levels across the four time blocks: 12AM–6AM, 6AM–12PM, 12PM–6PM, and 6PM–12AM.
