Facilities and access
A person can only work with a facility if one of their roles covers it. A role covers a facility when:
- the role's access scope is Organisation, or
- the facility is in a region the role covers, or
- the facility was picked for the role, or for that person when the role's access is chosen per user.
To see who can work with a facility, open it and check Who has access. See Facility settings & modules.
