Access
Why can't I see Organisation Settings?
Most of Organisation Settings is for organisation admins: people with the Organisation Administrator role, or with any role that has organisation admin access. If you need to change your organisation's details, modules or brands, ask an organisation admin. See Who sees what.
Why is Holiday Management missing?
Holiday Management follows the selected facility. You see it only if one of your roles gives you Holiday Management at that facility, and the facility allows the module. A facility, or its brand, can block it in its own modules. Try selecting another facility, or ask an organisation admin to check the facility's modules. See Brand modules.
Why doesn't Billing appear?
Billing appears only for Technology Stack organisations, and only organisation admins see it. See Billing and Overview & Facilities.
Modules
What happens when I turn off a module?
A module that's off in Modules isn't available at any facility in your organisation, whatever its brand, facility settings or roles allow. Most organisations never need to change anything there.
Do we get new modules automatically?
Only if Automatically turn on new modules is on. When it is, "Roles that allow all modules, role templates and organisation admins get new modules straight away. Roles that list their modules one by one keep their list." See Automatically turn on new modules.
Holidays
Why wasn't a public holiday added to one of our facilities?
Public holidays follow each facility's country and region: "Facilities without a region only get national holidays." A holiday someone switched off in Holiday Management isn't added either. Holidays are added two months before the date, so a holiday further away won't show yet.
Billing
When does a change to who pays take effect?
From the 1st of next month: "Every change takes effect from the 1st of next month, so a month is never split between two payers." See How who pays works.
Who gets our organisation's statements?
"Organisation statements go to the billing contacts" in Organisation Details. If no contact is marked for billing, every organisation admin gets billing emails. See Who gets statements and alerts.
Why does Billing & Cost Management open Organisation Settings?
Your organisation pays for the selected facility, so Billing & Cost Management opens your organisation's billing for it instead. See One facility's billing.
Why can't I see Statements or Payment Settings in Billing?
Your organisation's default is Each facility pays for itself. Statements and Payment Settings show only while the organisation's default is Organisation pays for all facilities, now or from the 1st of next month. Paying for some facilities as exceptions doesn't bring them back. You still have Overview and Insights. See Insights & Statements and Payment Settings.
Why does the September statement arrive in October?
A statement is named for its usage month, the month of usage it covers. The statement for September's usage is issued in October and reads "September 2026". See Statements are named for the usage month.
