Performance Hub ロールテンプレートは、「Ready-made roles kept up to date by Performance Hub, including access to new modules.」（新しいモジュールへのアクセスを含め、Performance Hub が最新の状態に保つ既製のロール）です。ほとんどの種類の拠点に共通する職務を網羅しているため、多くの組織では独自のロールを作成しなくても、ユーザーに適切なアクセス権を付与できます。ロールでは、テンプレートに Maintained by Performance Hub と表示されます。

アクセスできるユーザー: 組織管理者、および ID & アクセス管理を含むロールを持つユーザー。テンプレートをカスタマイズまたは非表示にできるのは組織管理者のみです。
目的: 既製のロールを使用、カスタマイズし、組織で使用しないものを非表示にします
テンプレート
組織で使用できるテンプレートは、ロールタブの上部に一覧表示されます。

組織管理者を除くすべてのテンプレートは、アクセス範囲に Chosen per user を使用します。テンプレートをユーザーに割り当てるときに、施設またはリージョンを選択します。たとえば、Front of House は、あるユーザーにはオフィスタワーの受付を、別のユーザーにはレジャーセンターのフロントカウンターを対象にできます。
Business Suite テンプレート
組織で Business Suite を利用している場合のみ表示されます。 次のテンプレートも一覧表示されます。

組織管理者、サイトオーナー、サイトマネージャー、財務の各テンプレートでは、サインインのたびに確認コードが必要です。Force 2-Step Authentication を参照してください。
テンプレートをカスタマイズする
テンプレートが必要なものに近いものの、モジュールが少し合わない場合は、テンプレートをカスタマイズします。
- ロールタブで、テンプレートの横にある Customise をクリックします。
- Customise template name で、テンプレートの扱いを選択します。
- Move users to the copy: 現在テンプレートを持っているユーザーが、代わりにコピーを持つようになります。数は対象となるユーザーの人数を示します。
- Hide the template in this organisation: テンプレートを非表示にして、誤って割り当てられないようにします。
- Create copy をクリックします。
「This creates a role your organisation owns, starting from this template. Your copy no longer follows Performance Hub updates to the template.」（このテンプレートを基に、組織が所有するロールを作成します。コピーは、Performance Hub によるテンプレートの更新に追従しなくなります）コピーは組織のロールに表示され、他のロールと同様に編集できます。

テンプレートを非表示または表示する
組織で使用しないテンプレート（カメラがない場合の Security など）の横にある Hide をクリックします。非表示のテンプレートには Hidden と表示されます。元に戻すには Show をクリックします。
廃止されたテンプレート
Performance Hub がテンプレートを廃止すると、そのテンプレートには Retired と表示されます。廃止されたテンプレートは、それを持つユーザーがいる間は一覧に残ります。ユーザーのアクセス権は維持されますが、新しいユーザーに割り当てることはできません（「This role template has been retired and can't be assigned」）。そのテンプレートを持つユーザーを別のロールまたはカスタマイズしたコピーに移すことを検討してください。
