Performance Hub 角色模板是“Ready-made roles kept up to date by Performance Hub, including access to new modules.”这些模板涵盖了大多数类型场所中的常见岗位，因此许多组织无需创建自己的角色，即可为人员分配合适的访问权限。在角色中，模板会标记为 Maintained by Performance Hub。

**访问权限：**组织管理员，以及其角色包含 Identity and Access Management 的人员。只有组织管理员可以自定义或隐藏模板。

模板
您的组织可以使用的模板列在角色选项卡顶部：

除 Organisation Administrator 外，所有模板都使用 Chosen per user 访问范围：在将模板分配给某人时，由您选择设施或区域。例如，Front of House 可以为一个人涵盖办公楼的前台，为另一个人涵盖休闲中心的前台柜台。
Business Suite 模板
**仅当您的组织拥有 Business Suite 时显示。**以下模板也会列出：

Organisation Administrator、Site Owner、Site Manager 和 Finance 模板要求每次登录时都输入验证码。请参阅 Force 2-Step Authentication。
自定义模板
当某个模板接近您的需求，但模块不完全合适时，请自定义该模板。
- 在角色选项卡上，点击模板旁边的 Customise。
- 在 Customise template name 中，选择如何处理该模板：
- Move users to the copy：当前持有该模板的人员改为持有您的副本。数字表示涉及的人数。
- Hide the template in this organisation：隐藏该模板，以免有人误将其分配出去。
- 点击 Create copy。
“This creates a role your organisation owns, starting from this template. Your copy no longer follows Performance Hub updates to the template.”您的副本会出现在组织的角色中，您可以像编辑其他角色一样编辑它。

隐藏或显示模板
对于您的组织不使用的模板，点击其旁边的 Hide，例如在没有摄像头时隐藏 Security。隐藏的模板会标记为 Hidden；点击 Show 可将其恢复显示。
已停用的模板
当 Performance Hub 停用某个模板时，该模板会标记为 Retired。只要仍有人员持有已停用的模板，它就会保留在列表中。这些人员保留其访问权限，但您无法再将其分配给任何新人员（“This role template has been retired and can't be assigned”）。请考虑将其持有者转移到其他角色或自定义副本。
