访问范围与模块访问

角色的两个部分决定其持有者可以访问的内容：

访问范围："Which facilities holders of this role can work with."
模块访问：他们可以在这些设施中使用哪些模块。

在添加或编辑角色时设置这两项。

快速参考

位置：设置（齿轮图标）→ Identity and Access Management → 角色 → 添加角色或某个角色 → 访问范围和模块访问

**访问权限：**组织管理员，以及其角色包含 Identity and Access Management 的人员

**用途：**决定角色适用的范围以及允许人员在其中执行的操作

选项	涵盖范围	示例
设施	"Only the facilities you pick below." 在设施中选择。	适用于两家诊所的 Clinic Coordinator 角色

组织	"This role has access to all facilities and regions in the organisation"	负责监督所有场所的 Regional Operations Lead

在为设施角色选择设施之前，该部分会发出警告："No facilities selected yet. Holders of this role won't have access to any facility."

如何选择：

当许多人在不同场所从事相同工作时，请使用 Chosen per user。一个 Venue Duty Manager 角色即可适用于所有场馆：在将角色分配给每个人时选择相应的场馆。
当角色应随业务扩展而覆盖新场所时，请使用区域。该区域内的新设施会自动涵盖在内。
对于不常变化的固定少量场所，请使用设施。
请谨慎使用组织，仅用于确实需要访问所有场所的人员。

除 Organisation Administrator 外，所有 Performance Hub 角色模板都使用 Chosen per user。

模块访问

“选择列表的读取方式，然后勾选其涵盖的模块。”

模块访问部分，包含 Only selected modules 和 All modules except，以及按领域分组的模块列表

首先选择列表的解读方式：

选项	含义
Only selected modules	"Only the modules you tick are available. New modules Performance Hub releases are not added automatically."
All modules except	"Every module is available except the ones you block, including new modules as they are released."

然后勾选模块。模块按领域分组，例如 仪表板、Website & Digital Profile、Smart Club Technology、AI Modules & Agents、Settings / Account 和 Organisation Settings。每个分组会显示其中已勾选的模块数量，例如 0 of 9。

浏览列表的方式：

在 Search 中输入内容以查找模块。
使用 All、Selected 和 Not selected 仅显示部分模块。每个选项都会显示数量。
使用 Select all 或 Clear all 勾选或取消勾选所有模块，使用 Expand All 展开所有分组。
列表上方的计数（例如 0 of 25 selected）显示您已勾选的数量。
