添加设施

当您开设新场所时，无论是新门店、新增的办公楼层、快闪场馆、新校园、诊所还是健身房，都需要添加设施。

快速参考

**位置：**设置（齿轮图标）→ Identity and Access Management → 设施 → 添加设施

**访问权限：**组织管理员，以及其角色包含 Identity and Access Management 的人员

**用途：**在组织中创建新设施

添加设施

  1. 在设施选项卡上，点击添加设施。Add New Facility 随即打开，显示 "Adding to" 您的组织。
  2. 在 Where it belongs 下，选择 Brand 和 地区。"Your organisation's regions are listed first."
  3. 在 Identity（"How the facility is named across the Performance Hub"）下，输入 Name。名称应简短并以所在位置为依据，例如 Fortitude Valley、Parramatta 或 Times Square, New York。您的品牌名称会单独显示。
  4. 在 Contact and location 下，您可以现在或稍后添加设施的 Address、Email 和 Phone。要添加地址，请开始输入并从列表中选择；这也会将设施放置在地图上。
  5. 点击 Create New Facility。

该对话框还会显示新设施的 Facility ID。您无需对其执行任何操作。

创建之后

"Opening hours and other details are set from the facility details page." 在设施选择器中选择新设施，然后打开设施及系统配置以：

然后：

  • 检查其使用的模块。新设施使用其品牌的默认模块。请参阅设施设置与模块。
  • 为人员授予访问权限。涵盖该设施所在区域或整个组织的角色会立即包含该设施。对于按用户选择访问权限的角色，或涵盖所选设施的角色，请在需要时添加该设施。请参阅更改用户角色。

**仅当您的组织使用 Website & Directory 时适用。**在 Identity 下，Advanced: URL slug 用于设置设施网站 URL 和着陆页所使用的 Slug。新设施最初处于未发布状态："It was added to brand as unpublished. Open its details to add opening hours and more. Publishing is managed in Website & Directory." 准备好公开显示时，请在 Website & Directory 中发布。
