AI Agent apps
In questa pagina
The AI Agent apps let you work with your facility's agent from your desktop or your iPhone, without opening Performance Hub in a browser. Each app is a remote control for your agent: the agent runs on its own computer, run and secured by Performance Hub, not on your laptop or phone. Hand it a task, close the app, and it keeps working.
- Desktop app for Mac (Apple silicon) and Windows.
- iPhone app from the App Store.
- Android: coming soon.
The desktop app installs as Performance Hub Agent, and the iPhone app appears on the Home Screen as AI Agent. These docs call both of them the AI Agent apps.

The same agent everywhere
The apps don't hold a separate copy of your agent. You sign in with your Performance Hub account and open the same agent you use in the AI Agent module, with the same chats and files. Start a report at your desk, check on it from your phone at the café counter or the clinic front desk, and pick it up again in Performance Hub.
Because the agent does the work, the apps need little from your computer or phone: an internet connection and a Performance Hub sign-in. They reach the agent through Performance Hub, so there's no server address, VPN or network setting to enter.
If your account can use more than one agent, for example one for each site, you choose which one the app controls and can switch at any time. Each agent has its own chats, files and Published Apps.
What you can do in the apps
Both apps let you chat with your agent and hand it tasks, and work with its sessions, Kanban board, memory, scheduled tasks, skills and workspace files.
- The desktop app adds Connected Apps & Capabilities, where you connect the tools your team already uses, such as email, calendars and file storage; Published Apps, the web apps and services your agent runs; the agent's personality and App Backups settings; and a choice of a simple or advanced layout. See Desktop app.
- The iPhone app adds Siri and Shortcuts, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, sharing from other apps, and notifications when a response is ready, which you can reply to without opening the app. See iPhone app.
Some management stays in Performance Hub, and the desktop app opens it in your browser: publishing apps, the Skill Library, device configuration and Model Router. Adding agents, access, budgets, backups and updates are managed in the AI Agent module, as described in Device management.
Who can use the apps
The apps are for your team: the staff and administrators who work with your facility's agent. Anyone with a Performance Hub account who has access to at least one agent can sign in and use it. The apps list only the agents your account can use.
- No agents in the list? Ask the agent's owner or your facility administrator for access. See Access control.
- No Performance Hub account? The desktop app's Create an account button opens the Performance Hub sign-up page.
- Members and visitors don't use these apps. The member app is Door & Gate Access.
