Built-in Services
Built-in services are part of the platform itself. Every agent has them from the moment it is created: there is nothing to connect, no account to sign in to, and no key to paste. Each service can be switched off individually per agent from the agent's Connected Apps screen in Performance Hub if you do not want it available.
Like connected apps, built-in services are exposed to the agent through MCP (Model Context Protocol): each service publishes tool specifications the agent discovers automatically, and new capabilities reach every agent as soon as they ship. Where the full specifications are published, you can expand them below.
