Partner FAQ

Who should become a Performance Hub partner?

Partners typically include member management systems, access software and entry workflow vendors, reporting tools, agencies, system integrators, resellers, and white-label distributors.

See Partner Types for examples.

How do I apply?

Submit the Become a Partner form with your company details, partner type, and intended use case. The Performance Hub team will review your enquiry and follow up with next steps.

Do you have a public partner directory?

Not at this stage. After sandbox testing, go-live checks, and production setup are complete, your configured integration will appear in the Performance Hub partner directory inside the core Performance Hub platform.

How do partners access API keys?

Partners manage secret keys in the Partner Console. Keys can be live, dryrun, or read-only depending on the type of access needed.

What is the difference between dryrun and live keys?

Dryrun keys are designed for testing write operations without affecting production data. Live keys can read and write production data according to the permissions configured for your partner account.

How do facilities link to a partner integration?

Performance Hub supports two linking methods:

  • Direct Link - partners use Performance Hub facility IDs.
  • Linking Identifier - partners use their own branch, location, or store identifier.

See Partner Linking Methods.

Can a partner integration unlock doors or gates?

Yes, where the integration is enabled for the facility and the Door/Gate Controller is available. Your system remains responsible for deciding whether a person is allowed to enter. Performance Hub sends the command and returns success only after the controller confirms the relay unlocked.

What rate limits apply?

Partner API accounts start with default guidance:

  • 5 requests per second per endpoint.
  • 1000 items maximum per batch request for optimal performance.
  • 10MB maximum payload size.

Rate limits are adjustable and can be configured on a case-by-case basis by your Performance Hub partner account manager. Discuss higher-throughput needs during onboarding, before migrations, or before large reporting backfills.

Design your integration to use bounded retries and exponential backoff.

Can I use the Performance Hub logo on my website?

Yes, subject to the Brand and Logo Guidelines. Send launch pages or co-marketing assets to the Performance Hub team for review before publishing.

Where can I get support?

Use the Support page for escalation guidance, bug report details, and status links.
