connected_apps_readAI Agent

Show which external apps (email, calendar, CRM, messaging, ...) an AI Agent device has connected, with their accounts, the built-in Performance Hub services, featured apps and pending connect requests. Connections belong to one agent device. Pass search to find any connectable app and its slug. Connected app tools run through the separate "connected_apps" MCP server (PH_APPS_SEARCH_TOOLS, then PH_APPS_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL).

Actions:

list: List Connected Apps. Connected apps list each account (id, alias, healthy); pass the alias or id as account when running that app's tools.

Parameters

`deviceId`	`string`	AI Agent deviceUuid from device_inventory_read. Agents act on themselves, so omit it; people may omit it when the facility has one agent.
`search`	`string`	Search the full catalogue by name, slug, category or description, e.g. "accounting"
`facilityId`	`string`	Facility ID. Optional when the connected facility is the one you mean.

connected_apps_writeAI Agent

Ask for an external app to be connected to an AI Agent device so its tools become available. Find the app's slug with connected_apps_read first. Notifies the agent's owner and the person in the chat (at most once a day per app) and returns a connect link for the chat; whoever signs in through that link becomes the account the agent acts as, so share it with care.

Actions:

request_connect: Request a connection. Already connected apps return their accounts instead, unless alias is passed to add another account. Needs toolkit.
