本页内容
Budgets & Limits 选项卡是管理资金的地方。它包含两个子选项卡：Spend Limits（策略上限）和 Balance & Top-up（余额、充值、交易历史记录和每月使用情况）。
有关产生这些费用的费率，请参阅模型目录。
余额与充值
标题栏显示 Available balance、Spent today、Spent this month 和 Estimated runway（"Rough estimate based on average daily spend this month. Top up or enable auto top-up to extend it."，即根据本月平均每日支出得出的粗略估计，充值或启用自动充值可延长可用时长；显示为例如 3 days、1 day、0 days、365+ days 或 Not enough data）。
手动充值

"Charge your stored billing card to add credit."（从您保存的账单卡扣款以增加额度。）
- 选择一个预设金额（$25、$50、$100、$250、$500、$1000），或输入金额。"Minimum top-up is $10."（最低充值金额为 $10。）（单次充值最多 $5,000。）
- 确认金额下方显示的已保存卡片；如有需要，点击 Edit payment details / Add payment details 可前往您的账单设置。
- 点击 Top up $–.––。成功后会显示 "Top-up successful. Your balance has been credited."（充值成功。您的余额已入账。），余额会立即更新。
如果您的卡需要额外验证，您会看到 "Additional card authentication is required. Please try again."（需要额外的卡验证。请重试。）；扣款失败时会显示 "Top-up could not be completed."（无法完成充值。）
自动充值
"Automatically charge your stored card when the balance falls below the threshold."（当余额低于阈值时，自动从您保存的卡扣款。）
- 打开 Enable auto top-up。
- 设置 When balance is below（阈值）和 Top up by（充值金额，最低 $10）。
- 点击 保存更改。
自动充值按计划运行（大约每 15 分钟检查一次）。如果保存时您的余额已经等于或低于阈值，模块会提示："Your balance (…) is already at or below this threshold. Auto top-up will charge your card at the next scheduled check (usually within 15 minutes) — top up now to credit your balance immediately and avoid any interruption."（您的余额 (…) 已经等于或低于此阈值。自动充值将在下一次计划检查时（通常在 15 分钟内）从您的卡扣款；立即充值可让余额马上入账，避免任何中断。）
余额警告
当自动充值关闭且预计余额将在 14 天内耗尽时，Overview、Spend Limits 和 Balance & Top-up 会显示警告（Overview 和 Spend Limits 上会附带 Top up 链接）："At your current spend, your balance runs out around … (~…). Top up or enable auto top-up."（按您当前的支出，余额将在大约 … (~…) 耗尽。请充值或启用自动充值。）如果自动充值无法运行，红色提示框会说明原因（没有已存档的卡、需要额外的卡验证或卡被拒绝），并附带 Update card 链接。

交易历史记录

交易历史记录列出充值和余额调整，包含 Date、Type、Amount、Balance after 和 Receipt 列。使用费用不在此处列出，而是汇总在下方的每月使用情况中。
"Shows top-ups and balance adjustments. Usage is drawn down from your balance continuously and summarised in Monthly usage below."（显示充值和余额调整。使用费用会持续从您的余额中扣除，并汇总在下方的 Monthly usage 中。）

要一次下载多张收据，请勾选所需的行，然后点击 Download receipts (n)。
点击某一行即可打开 Transaction details 抽屉：

充值记录包含 Receipt number、Transaction ID、Payment reference、所用的卡以及来源（例如自动充值显示为 auto-recharge），并提供 Download receipt (PDF)。每笔充值的收据也会通过电子邮件发送给您设施的账单联系人。
每月使用情况
在交易历史记录下方，Monthly usage 显示从您的余额中扣除的使用费用，每个日历月一行。

"Usage is reconciled against your prepaid balance every 15 minutes and grouped here by calendar month (UTC). Each month offers a summary statement (PDF) and a detailed export (CSV) — these are usage statements, not invoices; only card top-ups have receipts."（使用费用每 15 分钟与您的预付余额核对一次，并在此按日历月 (UTC) 分组。每个月都提供汇总对账单 (PDF) 和详细导出 (CSV)；这些是使用情况对账单，而不是发票，只有卡充值才有收据。）
- 使用右上角的年份筛选器选择要列出的月份。
- 列包括 Month、Usage、Deductions 和 Downloads。当前月份带有 Month to date 标签。
- 每个月都提供 Download usage statement (PDF) 和 Download usage detail (CSV)。
- 展开某个月份可查看其 Usage charge 扣款。扣款较多的月份只显示最近的扣款："Showing the latest … of … deductions — download the CSV for the full list."（显示 … 笔扣款中最近的 … 笔；下载 CSV 可查看完整列表。）
消费限额
Spend Limits 子选项卡按策略限制支出，与余额无关：
"Cap inference spend with any combination of a daily, monthly, or lifetime limit. Limits apply across every API key and connected agent. The prepaid balance still applies on top."（使用每日、每月或终身限额的任意组合来限制推理支出。限额适用于每个 API 密钥和已连接的代理。预付余额仍会叠加生效。）
账户限制

"Limits that apply to this entire account (this location/facility), across every API key and connected agent."（适用于整个账户（此地点/设施）的限额，涵盖每个 API 密钥和已连接的代理。）

启用任意组合，设置金额，然后点击 保存更改（"Spend limits saved."）。限额生效期间，模块会显示相对于限额的进度以及预测，例如 "On track to reach this limit around …"、"On track to reach this limit this period." 或 "Projected … by the end of this period."（Overview 选项卡的 Budget usage 卡片显示为 "…today." / "…this month."）。达到限额时，您会看到 "Limit reached for this period."，请求将因预算超限错误而被阻止，直到时间窗口重置（每日/每月）或您提高/重置限额为止。
终身硬性上限（高级）
展开 Lifetime hard cap (advanced) 以管理总上限：

- 计数器统计自上次重置以来的支出；全新的设施从其第一个请求开始计算。
- Reset hard cap："Reset the counter to $0 without changing the cap. The closed period is saved below."（将计数器重置为 $0，而不更改上限。已结束的周期会保存在下方。）/ "Starts the lifetime counter over from $0. The cap amount stays the same."（终身计数器从 $0 重新开始。上限金额保持不变。）确认对话框会显示 "The current period — spent … of … — is saved to the reset history."（当前周期（已支出 …，上限 …）将保存到重置历史记录中。）
- Reset history 记录每个已结束的周期（Reset on、Cap、Spent）。在首次重置之前显示 "No resets yet."
硬性上限适用于“未经人工决定继续，支出绝不超过 X”的场景：达到上限后，支出将一直被阻止，直到有人有意重置计数器或提高上限。
按服务的支出限额

"Override the account limits for a specific connected service."（为特定的已连接服务覆盖账户限额。）
信息提示补充说明："Set a tighter cap on an individual service. The account limits below still apply on top."（为单个服务设置更严格的上限。下方的账户限额仍会叠加生效。）服务是指您已连接的 AI Agents 和 Workflows。
打开某项服务的 More actions（⋯）菜单并选择 Spend Limits；选择 Service Configuration 则会打开其完整的配置抽屉。对于人工智能代理，支出限额对话框的标题为 Set agent spend limits；对于 Workflow，标题为 Set workflow spend limits。这些限额（每日/每月/终身）的工作方式与账户限额相同，但只统计该服务的支出。如需设置速率限制、模型限制和防护规则，请点击 Configure rate limits, guardrails and more in Service Access & API Keys 链接，请参阅 Connected Services。
余额为零时会发生什么
当可用余额降至 $0 时，推理将因额度不足错误而被阻止，模块会警告："Your balance is depleted. Inference requests will be blocked until you top up."（您的余额已耗尽。在您充值之前，推理请求将被阻止。）AI Agents 会显示需要额度的状态，而不是聊天界面。模型列表仍可正常使用。充值（或让自动充值运行）后，请求会在片刻之内恢复。
